Solid Asphalt Electric Melting Device

The solid asphalt electric melting device (also known as electrically heated asphalt melting tank, asphalt electric degassing barrel) is a specialized equipment that uses electric energy as the heat source to directly heat and melt solid asphalt in block or barrel form into a high-temperature liquid asphalt (140–180℃). It is the mainstream rapid melting solution for small and medium-sized asphalt systems, on-site construction, and carbon factories.

    Working Principle

    Solid bitumen is added from the top.

    Electric heating elements directly heat, local rapid melting.

    Solid blocks are immersed in liquid bitumen to accelerate melting (heat conduction + convection).

    Temperature control system maintains 140–180℃.

    Liquid bitumen is discharged by the lower discharge pump.

    Impurities settle at the bottom and are regularly discharged.
