Working Principle
Solid bitumen is added from the top.
Electric heating elements directly heat, local rapid melting.
Solid blocks are immersed in liquid bitumen to accelerate melting (heat conduction + convection).
Temperature control system maintains 140–180℃.
Liquid bitumen is discharged by the lower discharge pump; impurities settle at the bottom.

Box type / Small unit
Capacity: 0.5–5m³. Ideal for on-site construction, small batch, and mobile needs.
Vertical Continuous Tank
Capacity: 5–20m³. Suitable for carbon, waterproof, and continuous mixing station production.
Electric Heating Drum Separator
