Tank & Heating
Tank body: Vertical cylinder, carbon steel + insulation layer (rock wool / silicagel)
Electric heating elements: Built-in heating rods / tubes (stainless steel, far-infrared), bottom/side plates, and heating cables.
Internal Divisions
Feeding area: Solid asphalt input
Melting area: Main heating for melting
Insulation area: Constant temperature storage
Sludge area: Bottom slag discharge

Attachments: Feed/discharge ports, level gauge, thermometer, control cabinet.

Working Principle
Solid bitumen is added from the top.
Electric heating elements directly heat, local rapid melting.
Solid blocks are immersed in liquid bitumen to accelerate melting (heat conduction + convection).
Temperature control system maintains 140–180℃.
Liquid bitumen is discharged by the lower discharge pump.
Impurities settle at the bottom and are regularly discharged.
